Interlude for a Summer Night, Art Night London

Interlude for a Summer Night was an evening of performance art presenting site-specific works by four artists at Arnold Circus, a public garden in the heart of the Boundary Estate, in Shoreditch.

Himali Singh Soin and David Soin Tappeser's piece has been performed by Fen Qin, Megan Wines, Colin Lindsay, Frankie Thompson, Saskia Fischer, Chun-Han Yang, Sophie Jade O'Connor, Elie Bouakaze-Khan, Chrisanthi Livadiotis, Madalina Zaharia, Mark Ng, Anna Grenman and Livvy Lynch.

Richard Melkonian's piece has been performed by Toby Kidd, Rodrigo Camacho and Richard Melkonian.

Gabriel Lemos Francisco's piece has been performed by Tamar Clarke-Brown, Kirsty White and Pascal Colman.

Interlude for a Summer Night is part of the Associate Programme of Art Night 2017, a free arts festival. Art Night 2017 will see London’s East End transformed with free art and music by some of the world’s leading artists for the night of Saturday 1 July 2017. Audiences will be able to experience a trail of art, architecture, dance, design and music throughout the night. Art Night 2017 is in collaboration with the Whitechapel Gallery and curated by independent curator and writer Fatos Ustek. The festival is generously supported by international auction house Phillips.
